We may collect the following types of personal information: your name, email address, phone number, company name, billing information, Meta Ads account data, TikTok account and Ads data (accessed via OAuth 2.0), website usage data (via cookies and analytics), and any other information you voluntarily provide through our forms or correspondence.
Specifically for TikTok, when you connect your account we request access to the following data via OAuth 2.0:
User identity (user.info.basic): Your TikTok user ID and username, used to identify your account within our Platform.
User profile (user.info.profile): Your display name, avatar, and profile information, used to personalise your experience within our Platform.
Video upload (video.upload): The ability to upload video files to your TikTok account on your behalf, used to publish AI-generated ad creatives you have reviewed and approved.
Video publishing (video.publish): The ability to publish uploaded videos to your TikTok account, used only after you explicitly confirm publication of a creative.
Video listing (video.list): The ability to retrieve a list of your published TikTok videos, used to display your content library and track creative performance.
We collect personal information directly from you when you create an account, fill in a contact form, subscribe to our newsletter, use our platform, or communicate with us. We may also collect information automatically through cookies, analytics tools, and log files when you visit our website or use our services.
We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes: to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process your account registration and manage your subscription; to communicate with you regarding your account, updates, and support requests; to send you marketing communications (with your consent); to analyse usage patterns and improve our platform; to comply with legal obligations; and to protect the security and integrity of our services.
We may disclose your personal information to third-party service providers who assist us in operating our platform (such as cloud hosting providers, email services, and payment processors), professional advisors (such as lawyers and accountants), regulatory authorities when required by law, and any party to whom you have consented to us disclosing your information. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

We access your TikTok account data exclusively through TikTok's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol. We use your TikTok data solely to provide creative management and ad optimisation services through our Platform, including:
• Uploading and publishing AI-generated ad creatives that you have reviewed and approved;
• Retrieving your published video library for performance tracking and creative management;
• Displaying your profile information within our Platform for account identification.
We do not sell, share, or transfer your TikTok data to any third party for profiling, retargeting, or any purpose unrelated to providing our Services. We do not use your TikTok audience data, follower information, or video engagement metrics for any purpose beyond the optimisation services you have authorised.
You can revoke our access to your TikTok account at any time through your TikTok Account settings or by disconnecting your account within our Platform. Upon revocation, we immediately cease all API access to your TikTok account.
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyse site traffic, and understand usage patterns. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.
Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate or outdated information; request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal obligations); opt out of marketing communications at any time; and lodge a complaint if you believe we have breached the APPs.
Some of our service providers may be located outside of Australia. Before disclosing your personal information to an overseas recipient, we take reasonable steps to ensure they comply with the Australian Privacy Principles or are subject to substantially similar privacy obligations.
We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. When your information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to destroy or de-identify it.
For TikTok data specifically: active campaign and creative data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Historical performance data is retained for 90 days after account disconnection for reporting continuity, then permanently deleted. Videos uploaded to TikTok via our Platform remain on TikTok and are governed by TikTok's own data retention policies; we do not store copies of your video content. Creative job audit logs (status changes, generation events, upload outcomes) are retained for 12 months for security and operational purposes, then deleted.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
